Meet Caroline
Account Manager of Content & Client Delivery

My
Story
Not everyone takes the kindergarten-classroom-to-marketing-agency pipeline, but honestly? Looking back, it makes a weird amount of sense. I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people feel seen, supported, and understood, whether that’s a student finally grasping a new concept, a client watching their brand story come to life, or a small business owner finally feeling like their brand matches the heart behind it.
I spent 7+ years teaching kindergarten, which sounds unrelated until you realize it's basically a masterclass in patience, communication, and adapting on the fly. From there I moved into government contracting, working across project management, business development, technical writing, and marketing. I got really good at making complicated things feel clear and useful, and that's exactly what I bring to every client relationship today.
When I came across MKTG Collective and heard the mission to support female-led, women-owned businesses, it clicked immediately. Getting to do work I genuinely love AND help people AND be part of something that actually matters? Say less. I knew this was exactly where I was supposed to be.
Now as MKTG Collective's Account Manager of Content and Client Delivery, I get to bring all of that together every single day—making sure your projects keep moving, your content feels polished, and that you always feel heard and supported by a team that genuinely has your back.
Outside of work, you'll find me painting, deep in a good book with my velcro dog Otto firmly in my lap, out on a bike ride with my husband, or tending to my 100+ houseplants (yes, really). I'm passionate about people-first work and have spent years volunteering with women in business, accessibility, philanthropy, and mentoring programs. Also, random fun fact: I was once upon a time a certified archery instructor! 🏹
I'm so glad to be here. I can't wait to get to know you and to be in your corner!
